This comforting herbal blend is crafted for those days when your body feels overworked, tight or simply worn down. Whether it it's from long hours, hard workouts, seasonal shifts, or everyday tension, this tea is designed to help you slow down, warm up, and reconnect with ease.
Ingredients: white willow bark, peppermint, chamomile, skullcap, ginger root.
How to use: Use 1 tablespoon of your loose leaf tea blend, put into a tea ball or directly into a mug. Pour hot water (barely boiling) over the blend - recommend 8oz. Allow to sit for at least 15 minutes.
Recommended use: Put 8oz of water in bottom of a pot. Add 1 tablespoon of loose leaf blend to the pot. Simmer for 5-10 minutes for best results. Strain and drink.
