Capsules require more herbs than tinctures because some compounds are processed by the liver before reaching the bloodstream. To make up for this natural loss, our capsules are formulated with about 40% more herbs to deliver similar support.

Use: Take 2 capsules a day to begin, then 1-2 with each meal as tolerated. One jar has 60 capsules which is a 20 day supply, if taking the recommended dosage.
