This soap reminds me of the Lilac bush I grew up with” is a common refrain from our customers. It is a beautiful, authentic Lilac-scented soap. A nostalgic scent for many, this lilac bar soap is an aroma reminiscent of past experiences, gardens & botanical vistas. Customers tell us that our Lilac is true to the natural scent of the bush. Lilac fragrances often smell candied sweet or overly floral which is not authentic. Our handmade soap does not use phthalates to strengthen aromas. These ingredients are considered hazardous to our health, interfering with the endocrine system, particularly in males, and are one reason fragrances are regarded with concern. We know for a fact our fragrance manufacturer does NOT use phthalates in any of the fragrances that we use.
