Calming Comfort Tea is exactly what it sounds like, a hug in a mug. A simple blend of linden and chamomile, makes it safe for children, breastfeeding and pregnancy. [You should still consult your doctor before use].
This tea is formulated to be calming, easing tension, soothing nervous digestion, and relaxation.
Directions: Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup (8oz) of hot water.
Add herbs to tea infuser or directly into your cup.
Pour freshly boiled water over herbs.
Cover and steep for 10-15 minutes.
Strain and Enjoy
For stronger effect, use 1 TBSP and steep for 15 minutes.
Add honey if desired.
Iced Option: Double the herbs, steep as above. Strain and pour over ice.
