Sinus Steam - Loose Leaf Herbs
Our sinus steam is a must have for cold and flu season. Our respiratory tract is the coldest part of our body, because of the constant air intake. That makes it the perfect location for a virus. Think about a fever, the body is trying to make the body warmer to slow pathogens, and make the home less comfortable. We can mimic this idea by using an herbal steam. To use: Boil a medium pot of water. Remove from heat and place on a heat safe location. Lean over the pot and put a towel over your head (to keep the steam around your face). When you are ready, put 1/2 cup of the loose leaf sinus steam blend into the pot. Breathe in deeply until the steam runs out. *This is also great for your skin!*
